Tennispex (tennispex.com) is a community-powered tennis string review and rating platform. The platform is operated by the founder of TRU PRO, as disclosed on the About page.
We collect your email address and username when you create an account. When you submit a review, we store your player profile data and review content. We also collect anonymised usage data through analytics tools, subject to your cookie consent.
Your data is used to operate the Tennispex platform, send transactional emails (review confirmations, string approvals), and improve our service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We use cookies for site analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). No tracking fires until you click Accept on the cookie consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies.
